Saverio Lembo co-heads Bär & Karrer's White Collar Crime practice group. He was member of the Board of the Geneva Bar Association from 2022 to 2026.
He has extensive experience in white collar crime, commercial litigation, sport and commercial arbitration. Saverio Lembo's practice also extends to internal investigations, monitorships of companies and enforcement of foreign judgments and awards. Between 2022 and 2025, he was part of the team appointed by the US DOJ and the Swiss government for the monitorship of Glencore. He is a member of the Task Force recently ap-pointed by the Swiss Federation of Lawyers in view of introducing a Deferred Prosecution Agreement in the Swiss legislation.
