Partner in the Corporate and Foreign Investment and Mergers and Acquisitions practices at TozziniFreire, Carlos has worked as leading counsel in several of the most significant transactions in the Brazilian capital markets in recent years. Through his relationships with issuers, coordinators, and regulatory authorities, he has expanded his practice to the mergers and acquisitions and private equity areas. Graduate of the Law School of USP (University of São Paulo), he holds an LL.M. degree from Columbia University, and is a member of the New York State Bar.
