Gustavo Dias is the head of legal Latin America of Expedia Group, a leading global traveltech company encompassing Expedia.com, Hotels.com and Vrbo, among other travel brands. Gustavo has almost 20 years of dedicated service as in-house counsel in the legal departments of financial and tech companies among the Fortune-500 list. He holds a LLM in commercial law and an MBA in business management (both attained from the University of São Paulo), having also pursued advanced studies in cyberlaw, international financial regulation, and international trade law at London School of Economics. Originally from Piauí, Gustavo has forged his career primarily in São Paulo, where he also actively engages in various trade associations and contributes as a lecturer in law courses.
