Cristina Bueno is partner of the Trench Rossi Watanabe´s transactional practice group and has more than 25 years of experience in M&A and private equity, representing domestic and foreign clients, including publicly-held companies and investment funds, in local and cross-border Merger and Acquisitions transactions, sales of assets, joint ventures, asset purchases from companies under judicial reorganization, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, and other corporate transactions involving various industries and sectors of the economy. Cristina acted as an investment banker for 15 years, having worked at Goldman Sachs (Vice President, Investment Banking Division, Latin America Group), Standard Bank (Managing Director, Head of the M&A for the Americas) and UBS (Executive Director).
