Guillermo leads the Compliance, Investigations and Corporate Criminal Law practice at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja. Guillermo has been a key player in public and private integrity reform processes in several LatAm countries. In such processes, he has acquired a wealth of experience in assessing and mitigating compliance risks and in conducting internal investigations across Latin America. He is also regularly consulted by Governments and multilateral lenders investing in the region. Guillermo is also a recognized lawyer in international asset recovery. He is a member of ICC-FraudNet. Guillermo is also Global Adjunct Professor at New York University School of Law and senior researcher at the University of San Andrés in the Center of Anticorruption Studies. He received a law degree from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires in 1995 and completed an LLM from Harvard University (2003).
