Lisa Sánchez is an independent analyst and specialist with over 18 years of experience in the security and justice field in Mexico and Latin America. She holds a Master's degree in Public Management and Governance from the London School of Economics, a Master's degree in Political Science from Sorbonne University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Sciences Po Paris. From 2018 to 2026, she served as Executive Director of México Unido Contra la Delincuencia, a civil society organization with 28 years of experience in the fields of citizen security, justice, and drug policy. Previously, Lisa lead MUCD's drug policy program and worked for the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission of the Organization of American States (OAS). Within the Mexican public administration, she has collaborated with several agencies, among them the Ministry of Public Education, the Mexican Institute of Youth, and the Consulate General of Mexico in Paris. From the civil society sector, she has contributed to a range of initiatives on security, justice, drug policy, gender equality, public health, youth, and political participation. She is the author of numerous publications, a political analyst for national and international media. Since 2020, she has been featured on Líderes Mexicanos magazine's list of "The 300 Most Influential Leaders in Mexico"
