Lisa Vicens is a partner based in Cleary’s New York office and her practice focuses on governmental and internal investigations, white collar defense, and SEC enforcement matters, with a concentration on cross-border enforcement and compliance issues. Ms. Vicens has extensive experience representing companies and individuals around the globe, and in particular in Mexico and Latin America, on anti-corruption matters and on conducting investigations on behalf of public companies and their boards and audit committees. In addition to her investigatory and enforcement matters, she regularly advises on the development and implementation of effective compliance and integrity programs and provides guidance on managing and monitoring developing risks. She also maintains an active litigation practice, representing clients on complex litigation matters arising from allegations of fraud and corruption.
