Julio holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Veracruzana and a Master of Laws from Escuela Libre de Derecho, with specialized training from the Federal School of Judicial Formation and the National Institute of Criminal Sciences. His career is backed by an extensive international background in financial investigation, legal argument, money laundering, and tax crimes, holding certifications from global institutions such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Spanish Judicial Police.
Professionally, he developed my career within the Attorney General's Office of Mexico (FGR), where he served as a Federal Prosecutor and Chief Prosecutor. After serving as Director General for Investigation and Litigation of Corruption-Related Crimes, he currently serves as Special Prosecutor for Corruption Offender of the Attorney General´s Office.
