Carlos Motta is the founding partner of C MOTTA Advogados, the first Full Stack AI Corporate Law Firm in Latin America. He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, Private Equity, capital markets, and corporate governance. He advises shareholders, C-level executives, boards of directors, Legal and Financial Departments and institutional investors in complex transactions and strategic matters, both in public and private companies, including cross-border operations and capital markets transactions. Throughout his career, he has worked at leading law firms in Brazil and internationally, including Mayer Brown and Machado Meyer, and held senior leadership roles in global corporate and securities practices. He holds an LL.M. in 2004 from Stanford Law School and worked in New York in 2005 at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as an international associate. At C MOTTA, his work focuses on integrating legal expertise with artificial intelligence to improve analysis, execution, and decision-making in complex corporate environments.
