Rodrigo is the managing partner of our São Paulo office. He has extensive transactional experience in Brazil and internationally across a broad spectrum of industries, advising clients on cross border financings, M&As, equity and debt offerings, and finance matters, involving Brazil and other parts of Latin America.
Rodrigo also supports Winston’s international offices on matters relating to Brazil and the region in areas such as antitrust, compliance, disputes, investigations, and sanctions. Before joining Winston, Rodrigo was the Head of Corporate and Investment Banking (Legal Division) for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has been recognized by the most prominent legal directories, including Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer and Lawdragon.
Rodrigo has worked in New York, London and São Paulo during his legal career. He is admitted to practice law in New York and in Brazil.
