Paulo Danilovic has more than 20 years of experience in M&A, investments and capital raising. Prior to joining Acelen, Mr. Danilovic worked for more than 4 years as a principal in the Investment team for the Brazil investment program of Mubadala Capital, responsible for new direct investment opportunities in the region and portfolio oversight. Before that, Mr. Danilovic was a vice president in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where he worked for 12 years and led several M&A transactions across multiple sectors. Before that, Mr. Danilovic worked in the Investment Banking team of Unibanco in Brazil. Mr. Danilovic holds an MBA from FGV-Fundação Getulio Vargas and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
