Felipe Escallón is Head of Marsh’s Private Equity & M&A (PEMA) practice for Florida and Latin America. Over the past five years, he has advised on more than 300 M&A transactions across more than 12+ jurisdictions throughout the Americas. Felipe advises leading private equity sponsors, infrastructure investors and strategic acquirers on transactional risk and M&A insurance solutions for complex domestic and cross-border acquisitions.

Before assuming his current role, Felipe led Marsh’s Private Equity & M&A and Credit Specialties practices in Colombia and subsequently spent four years in New York advising on North American transactions. He now leads Marsh’s PEMA practice across Florida and Latin America, working closely with clients and leading law firms on strategic M&A transactions throughout the region.
