Michell Nader is a founding partner of Nader Hayaux Goebel and one of Mexico’s leading transactional lawyers. His practice focuses on M&A, structured and acquisition finance, banking, capital markets, real estate, and infrastructure.

He has advised on some of Mexico’s largest and most complex transactions, with extensive experience in financings involving telecommunications networks, infrastructure, power plants and other strategic assets. His M&A experience includes advising on landmark transactions such as Grupo Salinas’ sale of Iusacell to AT&T and VINCI Airports’ acquisition of an equity interest in OMA. He has also advised sponsors, investors and financial institutions on leveraged acquisitions, FIBRAs, CKDs and Mexican and international capital markets transactions.
