Adriana Castro is a Partner at BLP in San José, Costa Rica, with more than 20 years of experience in M&A and Corporate Business Law. She advises national and international companies on corporate matters, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring and family businesses, with a particular focus on technology.
Adriana is actively involved in the IBA, where she serves as SPPI Council and Officer of the Latin American Regional Forum. She is also President of the Costa Rica Chapter of Women in a Legal World (WLW). She has been recognized for her Corporate/M&A practice by various leading international legal directories and has been consistently recognized as a Leading Lawyer in her field.
