Tomás Allende is a partner at Beccar Varela and a member of its executive committee. He leads the Private Equity Department since his reinstatement to the firm in 2016. His practice areas include private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, lending, and investments in conventional and renewable energy. He has participated in complex multijurisdictional fund structuring and been involved in several M&A and financial transactions throughout the region. He also has broad experience in corporate governance of family companies.
