Pablo has more than 30 years of experience in mining and natural resources law. He regularly advises domestic and foreign clients on mining operations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and engineering and construction projects. He has extensive experience in strategic project advisory, permitting, and special mining contracts, such as option to purchase agreements, exploration contracts and joint venture agreements, among others.

For the 2023-2025 period, he was designated as a Trustee of The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (FNREL). During this same period, he assumed the co-presidency of the Mining Law Committee of the Section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure Law of the International Bar Association (SEERIL – IBA).
