Mariana Seixas is Senior Legal Counsel at I Squared Capital where she acts as Head of Legal for the Americas, overseeing M&A, asset management, and exit transactions across the North American and Latin American portfolios. Prior to I Squared, she served as Director, Senior Counsel at SoftBank, where she led new and follow-on investments and asset management for the $8 billion SoftBank Latin America Funds. Before that, Mariana spent nearly a decade in the Miami and São Paulo offices of White & Case. Mariana holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Virginia Law Review, and is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
