Mr. Arguedas Nieri joined Orion in 2026 as an Investment Manager, Asset Management, based in NY. Prior to Orion, Mr. Arguedas Nieri spent 15+ years in Metals & Mining. He was recently at McKinsey, where he led multiple large-scale transformations with leading global mining companies across South America, including the implementation of Lean practices to promote an operational excellence culture. Before McKinsey, Mr. Arguedas Nieri worked at BNP Paribas NY (M&A, Metals & Mining) and Buenaventura (Commercial and Finance departments).
