Luis Cervantes is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and leads the firm’s Mexico City office, focusing on the firm's growth investments in Mexico and across Latin America. He joined General Atlantic in 2013 from Advent International, where he focused on investments across sectors in Latin America. Before that, he was an investment banker at UBS in Mexico City within the firm's Latin America group. Luis is a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum and is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization, in addition to serving on the board of Endeavor. He also formerly served as an Adjunct Professor at Universidad Iberoamericana. Luis holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana Ciudad de México and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
